As one of the founding members of the EtherCAT Technology Group, Baumüller recognized the advantages of EtherCAT from an early stage and has participated actively in its expansion and standardization. In addition to EtherCAT, Baumüller also supports standard Ethernet and fieldbus systems such as Sercos, POWERLINK, CANopen, ProfiNet, Varan and EtherNet/IP.
