b maXX 1000 - highly efficient, easy to operate frequency converter
In the power range from 0.2 to 11 kW, the b maXX 1000 frequency converter controls vector-controlled standard motors in three power ratings with high efficiency.
Baumüller has logically designed the b maXX 1000 for ease of use and integrated a standard EMC filter to comply with the current EU standard (EN 55011A / Second environment). Numerous protection and overload functions, such as phase failure detection on the power supply and motor, ensure trouble-free operation. Extensive control and data management continuously provide an accurate overview of the current drive status.
With 15 different preset speeds, the b maXX 1000 is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is can also be made whisper quiet in operation thanks to adjustable pulse width modulation from 1 to 15 kHz and a rotating field frequency range of 0.1 to 400 Hz. This allows even multi-pole machines to be operated in a high speed range. The b maXX 1000 offers connectivity to the leading open fieldbus system, CANopen, and is able to work as a motion control slave via its integrated protocols.
